Refund policy

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged during delivery or if the packaging is defective. Return request should be made within 24 hours from the delivery time.

Exchanges

No exchanges for different products or sizes are permitted.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or is defective:

The item will be scheduled for pickup within 5 business days of your claim.

Upon successful pickup, it will be replaced with a new, non-defective product, with delivery scheduled within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our items as perishable goods, no refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
